Who is Saren Lumi? 

Saren Lumi is more than just a name. It is a story.

Behind this pseudonym is a creator who believes that words and handmade creations have the power to connect people, awaken emotions, and craft memories that last a lifetime. I create children's stories, novels, inspiring content, and heart-led projects that carry one universal message: kindness, courage, love, and hope never lose their value.

Every book, every product, and every single idea is born from a desire to brighten someone’s day, bring a smile to a face, or leave a gentle mark on a heart. My guiding light is boundless creativity, honesty, and a firm belief that even small stories can inspire big changes.

Why I Started Crocheting

As a child, I spent a large part of my youth with my grandparents. It was there, in their cozy home, that I first discovered the world of creating with my own two hands. My grandmother patiently taught me various crafts, including the art of crochet, showing me how a simple piece of yarn could transform into something deeply special.

Over the years, crafting faded into a beautiful memory. But when my grandmother passed away, I picked up the crochet hook once again. Not because I wanted to create flawless, factory-perfect products, but because I needed to hold onto a piece of something incredibly precious.

Today, unique children's toys, home decor, and other one-of-a-kind pieces come to life under my hands. Every new project begins with an spark that evolves as I stitch, which is why no two items are ever truly identical. For me, a crochet hook is not just a tool; it is a bridge to memories, tradition, and the unconditional love I once received from my grandmother.

Why Motivational Journals?

We live in an era of rapid technological advancement, where information reaches us faster than ever before. Yet, despite all the benefits of the modern world, we often lose touch with what connects us to our true selves—creativity, imagination, deep emotions, and personal growth.

The path of a creator is rarely simple. It can be incredibly difficult to find a space where you can share your ideas with the world exactly as you envision them. That is how Helex was born.

The name Helex is beautifully woven from the names of my children, who remain the greatest inspiration behind this entire shop. It is because of them that I began thinking about products that carry a deeper meaning, a message, and a soul.
