Refund policy

Returns on PDF products are not possible as they are digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

If you receive a damaged physical product or the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days at helex17.2025@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund.

For physical products, I accept returns within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
